We have a LOT of swimmers at the meet at ME Lyons so this is aimed at having the swimmers not in the meet to have practice with the coaches we have available.
Notes on ME Lyons Cuda Classic:
BASH swimmers will warm up at 1:25pm both Saturday and Sunday. This is a 12 and Under meet and all age groups are in the same session. Please arrive early to allow for parking.
Meet timeline is to start at 2pm and end by 7:15pm both days. Those not in the 200 Free (Sat) or 50 fly and/or 200 breast on Sunday will be done much earlier. Check full timelines on the ABLY (ME Lyons) team website as it has been updated. There will NOT be any relays in order to shorten the timeline.
Parking is allowed ONLY in designated swim meet parking spots. You will be towed if you are parked in the wrong spots. Overflow parking is available.
Overflow parking will be offered at:
•Julifs Park, 8249 Clough Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45244 on Saturday and Sunday
•Lutheran Church of the Resurrection ELCA, 1950 Nagel Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45255 on Saturday ONLY
Chairs are allowed on deck but seating space is limited so the host has asked that you limit the additional family members there to spectate. No coolers are allowed, drinks in closed lid containers (no glass) are permitted.
Swimmers should not wander into steam/sauna rooms, or weight rooms. Athletes need to be courteous during use of locker rooms. USA Safe Sport rules apply so NO USE OF CELL PHONES OR CAMERAS in the locker rooms or behind the blocks etc…
We have 72 BASH swimmers this weekend so good luck and swim fast!
