Ride Needed –


We currently have a swimmer who needs a ride after practice on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  She and her grandfather are currently taking the bus home after practice.  She lives about a mile past the Safeway on Jackson Hwy in Chehalis.  Please contact Audra if you can assist her with transportation. 




In the event of inclement weather – Poseidon practices follow the Centralia School District closures.  If the Centralia School District closes early or cancels school, there will not be afternoon practice, yoga, or spinning on those days.  If you have any questions, please contact Audra.




Come join your Poseidon team members on a fun filled snowy day at White Pass!

Paul Chung is organizing a ski/snowboard trip on February 17th and has arranged to include Poseidon swimmers in a reduced ticket opportunity.  We will not have practice on this day and what better way to get in some cross-training.  😊  Please contact Paul directly at Paul.Chung@pcli.com.

NUTRITION:  After heredity and training, nutrition plays the largest role in the quality of a swimmer's performance.  HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!!!

Every swimmer should have a water bottle at the end of their training lane.  Swimmers sweat during their workouts; the same amount of dehydration occurs during a swim workout as does a person doing a “dry” workout.  REMEMBER your water bottle every day.  It is just as important as your cap, suit, and goggles.  You wouldn’t come to swim practice without one of them – don’t come without your water bottle.
