We are getting close to the home stretch!
This week we are going to be working on Sprint race pace. For those that have not liked all the pacing work and distance, this will be a nice change! We will have a small tamper for some of the older kids, but the majority of the kids don't realy need to taper much as they are super young and bounce back quickly!
I know that a lot of illinesses have been going around, if swimmers are well, its important for them to be at practice so that they area ready to go for our last sets of meets! Keep eating healthy and washing hands and hopefully you can make it through the remainder of the season healthy!
