The Lower Mainland Regional Champs is a great way to gather swimmers from all over the Lower Mainland and come together for a championship meet.  Swimmers stood up to challenges and competition and advanced to finals. In finals, the swimmers took another step and improved a lot of their times. This was great to see and we’re excited to see how motivating and encouraging this meet was for our swimmers.
