March 19th COVID-19 Update
We hope everyone is in good health. As many of you have probably heard, all Public Recreational facilities have been closed until further notice. This means that the Cheam Centre and Landing Leisure Centre are closed until further notice and Spartan Swimming will be put on hold. I would like to reassure everyone that they will NOT be charged any new swim fees as of April 1st, 2020 or until athletes are back in the water. I apologize for any delay in this information but it has been difficult to update you, as the situation seems to be changing daily.
I would like to apologize to swimmers and parents for not being able to provide the services we are so proud to offer; however, it is important and necessary that we follow all government sanctions to help flatten the curve of the COVID-19 spread. Please feel free to email if you have any questions as we do still have staff available to answer your questions. We hope this is as short lived as possible and we can open our doors soon. Until then, please take care of yourselves and each other. Future emails and updates on the situation will continue to be sent out after today.
I have attached some links on information about COVID-19 and Canada’s action plan as you may find them helpful.
