Update From Coach Rich: Daily Dryland Workouts

Good morning Stingray Nation!

Some great ideas for Dryland work-outs are up on SwimSwam. Gotta keep the mind AND body sharp during this time off. Remember, we will be back in the pool at some point in time so do your best to stay in shape - start setting goals for the summer, stay engaged. Try to limit phone time, Xbox, PlayStation, Netflix, etc. carve out 30-45 minutes a day where you are getting some exercise. Ride your bike, take a run, rollerblade. Don’t unplug and hide away. Stay alert and active. I can’t wait to see all of my Stingrays back in the pool soon.
