Stream Schedule & Equipment

With Social Distancing just beginning and quarantine conditions most likely getting stricter in the near future, we are expanding our Stream Workouts to 6 days a week starting Monday. The following equipment will be used eventually, so if able, please pick up the following:

Mini-Bands (9” or 12”)

Pull-Up assistance Bands (10-35lbs & 30-60lbs at a minimum)

Yoga Mat

Thin Bath Towel

While still able, we will run streams on location with the experts. However, that may change due to any government enforced lockdowns. As always, we will update the web site, email and social media with schedules and changes.
