It’s time to get our team and family vibe back while we get away from our screens and head outside for some exercise and fun doing DEVIL DRYLAND. The coaches are going to start sending you emails Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a workout and something to make you smile. All you need to do is participate and post a photo to your Instagram account with #Waterdevils. If you’re not on the Gram, then email the photo to Coachchris@waterdevils.org, firstname.lastname@example.org, or Headcoach@waterdevils.org and we will do our best to post them. Feel free to send suggestions for songs, workouts, funny stuff, and more to those addresses as well. Here we go people, this thing might be keeping us out of the pool, but it can’t keep us from being Marinwood Waterdevils!!
Music: To feel like you are really at practice, search your music service for some classic 70’s or 80’s rock. I recommend "70’s Road Trip" or "Road Trip Songs" on Spotify for today’s workout.
Warm Up: Begin by doing some of your favorite stretches to make sure you are warmed up and ready to go.
The Hard Stuff:
20 Sit Ups
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 5 minutes
10 walking lunges
10 push ups
10 jumping jacks
Repeat 2 more rounds
