While everything is constantly changing and many pools are shut down, many swimmers are taking up other forms of exercise to stay in shape. Running is a great alternative to swimming for the time being because it is a great cardio workout like swimming.

 

Running can help with endurance and it is a great way to get outside and enjoy time outside of your house during this time of quarantine.
