Great job for everybody with the dryland work so far. I love all the pics and feedback we've gotten thus far.
Today's dryland challenge will be a bit different. For today:
Please get outside and do a minimum of 20 minutes of aerobic exercise. Please practice safety and bring an adult family member with you. As always, practice safety. Recommendations include:
- Brisk walking, Running, Biking, Hiking, etc.
Here is today's special challenge and it should be a fun one. I will put a post on facebook. Please post your best swimming pic of your swimmer on dryland in the comments section. Creativity is welcomed!
Lastly, you should have received (or will soon receive) an email about your group's meeting on zoom tomorrow. There will be no team dryland challenge but please do some kind of land work from resources that have been provided already. All the coaches really look foward to seeing their groups on Zoom tomorrow.
