Official's Online Test Down 4/15-4/30, 2020

Online Testing Down April 15-30

As happens every year, the officials online tests will be unavailable from April 15-30, 2020. These tests are being updated to allow for the May 1st rule changes and to align with the 2020 Rulebook. Tests will be back online on May 1.

If any test-takers have not completed their tests by Midnight (Mountain) April 14th, the UNCOMPLETED tests will be deleted on April 15th and will have to be taken over from the beginning on May 1st. COMPLETED tests (from any year) will not be deleted.

Officials (and any other test takers) will receive an email notice if they have ANY incomplete tests in their account(s).

Please review the tests in your account(s) before the site is shut down. Many times an official may start a test and not complete it and then start another test and complete the second one. They also often create multiple accounts and start tests in more than one account. They forget about the incomplete test until they get a notice about it and they panic, thinking they only did one test. Test-takers can see all their online tests (completed and incomplete) by logging in to their account, navigating to the online testing page and then clicking on “start or resume an online test”. From there, they will see a screen with all prior tests listed.

Note this affects OFFICIATING and RULES tests only, not athlete protection training or any other tests not administered by USA Swimming.
