Hello everyone

WOW!  We had 32 Killer Bee swimmers on our Zoom conference today.  

We talked about the 4 areas on which we are going to focus over the next few weeks:

  1. Shoulder Health
  2. Core Strength
  3. Coordination/Balance
  4. Functional Strength

In today's Zoom, we talked about Shoulder Health. 

Truth is, swimmers have never had a better opportunity to restore shoulder health than they have right now.
