15 Lunges – Don’t let your knee come over your ankle; bend at 90 degress

15 Squats – Sit back like you’re sitting down in a chair, don’t let knees come over toes

75 Jump Ropes (If you don’t have a jump rope; just pretend you do and swing and jump)
