Some Dryland Routines to do at home!

Below is an email Coach Allison and Coach Steve has put together with some great reccomendations for Dryland ideas to do at home to stay in shape. (Seniors: If you already have your regular routine in place, Great!)
Hi Swimmers and Parents!Now that we have our new normal falling into place, we want to give more direction for the weeks to come!We want you to do something 4 times a week and on the 5th day watch a video of a swim race. We also will be meeting on Zoom!
