Get outside and move – 25 Minutes of cardio – Walk/Jog/Bike

Tuesday:

Circuit: Interval Training this Week: 35 seconds on/25 seconds rest

Jumping Jacks

Lunges

Squats

High Knees

Jump Rope

Butt kicks

Wall Sits
