GENERAL INFORMATION:

SCHEDULE CHANGES: - NO PRACTICE – Until May ??.

As most of you know Governor Inslee has not released people from the extended “Stay at home” order.  We will continue to follow the recommendations of the CDC, USA Swimming, and the mandates of the Governor,  which are listed below.

Hopefully with this extension, the COVID-19 virus will come down to acceptable levels for all of us to return to some form of normalcy.

Please stay safe!

**Reminder**- COVID-19

The best ways to reduce the risk of getting this or any viral respiratory infection include:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Practice “Social Distancing”
  • Stay at home
  • Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces
  • Cover mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands
