We have a virtual YOGA class today at 1pm and every Wednesday at 1pm until further notice!  Here are the details:

And here’s a great dryland workout to do this morning:

  • 12 x 1 min rounds of Jump Rope, go 1 min ON, 15 sec OFF (set takes 15 min, jump rope fast and hard)
  • 12 x Sets of 10-25 Push-Ups, take 10 secs between sets and come to a complete stand
  • 1 x Set of 100 best form squats
  • The 300 Ab Set (25 R side, 25 L side, 25 Legs Up, 25 legs down streamline...then go down to 20-20-20-20, 15-15-15-15, 10-10-10-10, 5-5-5-5...if you do with good tech w good transtions set should take 6-8 min max
  • Go out for a run!
