Week #3 Challenges
 
 
We are excited to announce our third week of the Solano County Swim League Challenges.  Our next league competitions will be on Friday, May 22nd at 5:00pm on Zoom.  Below I have included the Week #3 Challenges, so our swimmers can start working on them ahead of time.  The coaches will be running through these challenges in our Weekly Zoom Meetings next week. More details about the League Zoom will be sent out next week.
 
#1  Push-up Relay  
For the push-up relay each team will complete 90 push-ups total. Each team will consist of one 10 & Under athlete, one 11-12 athlete and one 13 & Over athlete. The 10&Under will complete 20 push-ups, the 11-12 will complete 30 push-ups and the 13 & Over athlete will complete 40 push-ups.

#2  Sit-ups 
Swimmers will have 2 minutes to complete as many sit-ups as possible.  Feet must stay on ground. Feet may be pinned under something (ie couch) or held down by another individual. Hands should be locked behind head and elbows must come up and touch knees each time. Each team will have one 12 & Under athlete and one 13 & Over athlete represent their team

#3   Rubik's Cube Race
One swimmers of from each team will be selected to complete a Rubiks Cub. There is no time limit. 
 
#4   Blindfolded Drawing Contest 
Swimmers will draw the Solano Swim League Logo as fast as possible, blindfolded.  Each team will have one 12 & Under athlete  and one 13 & Over athlete represent their team
