S&C Workouts Needed

Would you like to write an S&C workout for all to do? They need to be submitted by midnight Sunday,May 17. The format is as follows:

10-15 minutes of warmup

30-45 min workout

Please pick an area to focus. If you have questions, please email select@ccswim.net.  You will need to include definitions on how each exercise is performed if they have not been done before.  If there are more than 4 submitted I will use the additional workouts the following weeks.
