S&C Workouts Needed

Would you like to write an S&C workout for all to do? They need to be submitted by midnight Sunday,May 17. The format is as follows:

10-15 minutes of warmup

30-45 min workout

Please pick an area to focus. If you have questions, please email  You will need to include definitions on how each exercise is performed if they have not been done before.  If there are more than 4 submitted I will use the additional workouts the following weeks.
