Coach Will will take you through proper form for Burpees, with individual corrections

4:00 PM              Barracuda Book Club with Coach Gian

Continuing the week of May 18, Coach Gian will host a book discussion on various chapters of the book  “The Slight Edge: Turning Simple Disciplines Into Massive Success”  by Jeff Olsen.    For this meeting, you need to have read chapter 1.  Coach Gian will moderate discussion and guide principles on this book and how they may be applied both in and out of the pool!The book can be read on Kindle or shipped from Amazon at the following address


Tuesday, May 19

This week’s race will be Women’s 200 Fly in the 2000 Olympics.

3:00 PM           Cooking with Coach Chris

This week we will be making a pasta bake. Ingredients you will need are: Pasta, Sauce, Vegetables (I’m using red and green peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes), and ricotta cheese.

4:00 PM           Deep Stretching Yoga with Coach Jess

Get your kinks worked out as Coach Jess leads you through a relaxing Yoga session!
