Week #9: 05.18.20 Cardio, Dryland, Med Ball & Tubing Practices

***The below listed Cardio, Med Ball & Dry Land exercise programs are available for our swimmers to perform under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian while following government mandated protocols for the prevention and transmission of the COVID-19 Virus. PLEASE NOTE: AquaKids and USA Swimming Insurances DO NOT cover these activities should you and your parent/guardian choose to do them!

***If you have access to a backyard pool and have the "StrechCordz" or TYR Resistence Belts, we are posting a "practice" for swimmers to do under the same conditions (supervision) as the cardio/dry land programs.

Please follow the directions regarding practice days and resting periods (including days off for recovery)!
