Hi Everyone 

As Vicky mentioned we have some workouts for you guys to do! There are links to videos to show how to do some of the moves. Make sure to take some pictures and videos of yourself doing the workouts and share them with us on Facebook or Instagram! We will continue to supply more workouts as the weeks go on but these 4 can be repeated each week! Remember, just getting out for a walk and doing some cardio based movements are great for you AND your family! The YMCA is also holding a series of Virtual 5k runs this summer, please consider joining them to support the YMCA! 

When doing these workouts, remember to keep 6 feet apart if you are near others, and stay safe. Also STAY HYDRATED! We forget sometimes that we sweat out of the water!
