Hello everyone.

Thanks for your patience.  We have to get creative on how we train since we can only have 25 swimmers in the water at a time for now...we have made up temporary "TRAINING GROUPS".  Find your name below in a training group and make sure you show up at that time.  YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SWIM IN A DIFFERENT TRAINING GROUP WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM THE HEAD COACH!  We will just swim the first week as we fine tune the dryland to be both beneficial and safe for the swimmers in the heat.

THERE WILL BE ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE WAIVER TO SIGN AND RULES THAT WILL BE FOLLWED DURING TRAINING TO PROTECT THE SWIMMERS AND COACHES THE BEST WE CAN DURING THESE UNUSUAL TIMES.  WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED 25 SWIMMERS IN THE POOL AT A TIME, WHICH IS ONE IN EACH CONER, BASICALLY.

THIS IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OR SO, EXCEPT FOR ADDED TIME FOR DRYLAND WHEN WE FIGURE OUT HOW IT WILL BE RUN EFFECTIVELY/SAFELY.  WE WILL START OFF EASY WITH DRILLS, MINIMAL SPEED WORK AND LOW AEROBIC WORK UNTIL EVERYONE IS READY TO INCREASE YARDAGE/INTENSITY TO DECREASE CHANCE OF INJURIES.
