Swim workouts for week 1-11

We have been out of the water for several weeks.  I want you to take it slowily getting back into the pool.  Do not rush for times and sacrifice your technique.  Work on technique and getting back into shape for the next several weeks.  This first week if you have a pool available focus on your warm-up.  Next week I will add an actural workout to the email.  If you have any questions please email or give me a call or text.
