June 4, 2020
Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times. In early May, VFCAL met and discussed the options for the 2020 swim season. Since then, we have been looking into other options of offering clinics and possible virtual meets with other agencies to try to have an unofficial season. However, with the uncertainty of restrictions and the unknown availability of Rosemont High School and other locations, we have sadly decided to officially cancel this year’s swim season. We do want you to know that we are looking into the possibility of offering a fall clinic pending restrictions and availabilities of facilities.
A note from the Marlin Parent Board, due to the season cancellation they will be shredding all volunteer deposit checks. If you would like it mailed back to you, please let me know by June 18.
We will be working on processing all refunds over the next few weeks. If you would like to request a credit for a future program or a refund for this season, please respond to this email and we will process your request. We will contact you if a fall program will take place. We wish you well during this time and we hope to see you maybe see you in the fall!
