Week 2 for swim workouts. If you have your equipment be sure and use it. If you need to get your swim bag out of the bins at the pool, let me know. I can get it out and leave at your driveway. I know several of the Sr and PrSr groups are swimming at the Circle C Swim Center during the Reservation Lap Swim and others are at their pools. Adjust the times and distances to the pool space you have available. Remember to focus on technique!!!!! Be sure to HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE while you workout, water bottles are a requirement !!!!!!
