Swim Workouts Week 3-13, Important Annoucement Included

Week 3 for swim workouts.  If you have your equipment be sure and use it.  If you need to get your swim bag out of the bins at the pool, let me know.  I can get it out and leave at your driveway.

The Circle C Swim Center is now taking reservations for ages 10 and up!  If you are under 13 years old, you will need to come with a parent.  If the parent is swimming they will need to reserve their own lane, otherwise a parent may sit at the chair at the end of their childs lane.  The reservation protocols that have been used these past two weeks are still active.


I know several of the Sr and PrSr groups are swimming at the Circle C Swim Center during the Reservation Lap Swim and others are at their pools.  I hope that Silver, Gold, and Bronze are able to join in lap swimming.  Adjust the times and distances to the pool space you have available.  Remember to focus on technique!!!!!  Be sure to HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE while you workout, water bottles are a requirement !!!!!!
