Swim Workouts Week 4-15

I have had several conversations with our swimmers at all levels this week about swim workouts.  Due to the time you have in the pool be it at Circle C, the Y or other neighborhood pools, I have scaled back the workouts.  The warmup is built to include all the building blocks of swimming.  Attention should be given to technique, starts and finishes of each stroke at the walls.  If you have more than 40 minutes of swim time and want a longer workout please email, text or call me and I can send you a longer workout.  Until we get back to a full team practice try and get into the water as often as you can.  Know you can always contact me with any questions.
