PHASE II @ NPCP
Please ensure when they are activated that you registered based upon your athlete's current practice group placement. ALL WORKOUTS ARE IN THE MORNINGS.
START DATE - MONDAY JULY 6th, 2020
SUMMER REGISTRATIONS FOR PHASE II will open later today.
All BAC athletes do need to register once again and complete all waivers.
Age Group will move to three days per week: Monday/Wednesday/Friday MWF or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday TRS
Juniors will move to five days per week: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. There will be two time slots for Juniors. PLEASE NOTE workouts are longer/later Fridays
Seniors will move to six days per week: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday. PLEASE NOTE that on Saturday the group will do P90X following practice on deck.
PHASE II NPCP A - SENIORS MTWR 5:55-6:40am / FRI 6:00 - 7:00am / SAT 6:00-7:20am* [6 DAYS]
P90X will follow workout on deck until 8am on Saturdays for Seniors.
PHASE II NPCP B - JUNIOR MTWR 6:50-7:35am / FRI
7:10-8:10am [5 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP C - JUNIOR MTWR 7:45-8:30am / FRI 8:20-9:20am [5 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP D - AGE GROUP MWF 5:55-6:40am [3 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP E - AGE GROUP TRS 5:55-6:40am [3 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP F - AGE GROUP MWF 6:50-7:35am [3 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP G - AGE GROUP TRS 6:50-7:35am [3 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP H - AGE GROUP MWF 7:45-8:30 am [3 DAYS]
PHASE II NPCP I - AGE GROUP TRS 7:45-8:30am [3 DAYS]
M - Monday / T - Tuesday / W - Wednesday / R - Thursday / F - Friday / S - Saturday
