Typhoon: Land Training

Land training for Typhoon swimmers begins this Friday, July 3rd!

Where: Thornlea

What to Bring: Cold water, appropriate clothes for the weather, a mat (if laying down, there are sometimes rocks that hurt) and a great attitude! 

Safety: All swimmers are asked to remain 6 feet apart and, wear a mask to and from the training area and not to arrive more than 10 minutes early.

All swimmers and volunteers must fill out safety forms prior to attending practice.
All the rules and excpectations are outlined on the Mallards Home Page for swimmers, parents and volunteers.

Volunteers: We need one parent volunteer for each group/time.

If your child's name is missing, or if your child is not particpating, please email me as well.
