Updates from Indiana Swimming: July 2020
In the message below you will find important information, updates and reminders that benefit and effect all of our Indiana Swimming Members. It is important to note that although the return to our pools and competition may be gradual, our clubs are setting the example in safe procedures and preventative measures. Our facilities and school districts see these efforts as best practices for other sports to follow. Thus we are opening doors to a safe return to pools and competition in the future. Our Governor has asked us to "Mask Up" in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 virus. This is one way Team Indiana can combine our efforts to stay healthy and help our athletes gain access to the pools and re-open our clubs successfully.
Tony Young, Indiana Swimming Executive Director
WE NEED TO MASK UP HOOSIERS #MaskUpHoosiers
I ndiana is slowly reopening for business, but the fight against COVID-19 is far from over. Wearing a face mask is one of the simplest, most effective ways to slow the spread of the virus, but we need everyone to do their part to keep our state safe. That’s why we are asking all Hoosiers to mask up — and speak up about how wearing your mask can save lives. To Learn more CLICK HERE
