Message from Coach Paul: morning workouts at the beach!!

Message from Coach Paul:

For those swimmers in need of some dry land and ocean swim training, Brooke and I are on the beach every morning at 8am at Access 40. Dry land exercises consist of running, sit-ups, squats, pushups and lunges at each access to the pier, then swimming back to access 40 (water conditions permitting). Any parents who would like to join in on the swim we go from 40 to the pier and back (1.5m pending conditions). Just a great way to get ready for the high school swim season and stay in shape.
