  1. You should of got an email from the YMCA yesterday about the Strong Challenge. We, the Blue Ash YMCA, hope to have the top response to this challenge of all the Y’s in greater Cincinnati. You can do your part to help us by following the directions on the email or by ->

  1. Next week, August 10-15 will be our last full week of our summer schedule. We move to our reduced schedule – the Weeks of August 17 and 24. AG 3 and AG 4 will be on BREAK; all others can sign up on our SwimBASH.com website for practices. Please sign up for a maximum of 3 per week. You can find it on “other events and sign ups” right by the meet schedule. Chick on “Job sign up” and select open spots in the advertised swim times. Be sure to get into the correct training session. Senior 1 & 2 combined practices, Senior 3 & AG 1 & 3 combine practices. We will split out workouts by groups. We will be on total break for all, August 30 to Tuesday after Labor Day.

Monday August 17 & 24  Senior 1 & 2 – both 7:00-8:30 AM, 5-6:20 PM

Age Group 1-2 & Sr 3 - 8:30 – 10 AM and 6:20- 7:30 PM

Tuesday August  18 & 25– Evening as above for Senior 1-2, AG 1-2, Sr 3, NO AM’s

Wednesday August 19 & 26  Senior 1 & 2 – both 7:00-8:30 AM, 5-6:20 PM

Age Group 1-2 & Sr 3 - 8:30 – 10 AM and 6:20- 7:30 PM

Thursday August 20 & 27– Evening as above for Senior 1-2, AG 1-2, Sr 3, NO AM’s

Friday August 21 & 28     Senior 1 & 2 – both 7:00-8:30 AM, NO PM

Age Group 1-2 & Sr 3 - 8:30 – 10 AM , NO PM

Saturday, August 22 & 29 -

7-8:30 AM – Senior 1 & Senior 2

8:30- 10 AM – AG 1-2, Sr 3

We will have swimmers sign up for spots, 3 max per week. 25 spots available for AM, 15 spots for PM

Swimmers would sign up on our team website.
