Monday thru Friday (Shelly)

Masters Swimming (Adults) 6-7:30am

Senior/Silver groups arrive 7:45am, 7:50-8:00am coach led dryland warmup, 8-9am swim

Monday – Wednesday – Friday (Shelly and MJ)

10 & Unders 3:15-3:50pm

11 & Over 3:50-4:40pm

10 & Unders/11 & Over option 4:40-5:15pm

Saturday (Shelly and MJ)

11 & Overs (all) 8-8:55am

10 & Unders 8:55-9:30am
