12 Basic Practice Expectations:
  1. Attend, at least, 80% of practices offered
  2. Arrive early- dynamic stretch prior
  3. Support and respect your TEAMmates
  4. Be in the water on time
  5. Swim with a purpose/you are what you practice
  6. Push-offs= leave on time and 5 seconds apart
  7. Equipment= required
  8. SPRINT= 100% effort / Moderate= 85% effort / Cruise= 75% effort
  9. Streamline Kick= no pulling
  10. Kicking w/Board= 1 arm pull into turns
  11. Drills= drills not swim
  12. Cleanup= properly throw all trash into garbage
  13. Consistently strong attention to detail

1- Stronger legs and upper body
2- Stronger cardio endurance(running)
3-  More push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc.
 
LCM “Championship Meet” (July) Goals:
1- Final in most of my events hopefully
2- Drop time significantly, since its been two years 
3- Swim efficiently, get the feel of how I need to swim my races
