Great First Day Back in the Water!!

Parents and Swimmers,

We had a great first day back at practice!  Thank you so much for your patience with the new procedures.  Remember to bring multiple water bottles as there is not a place to fill or refill bottles.  Also, please be sure to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your group gets into the water and pick-up immediately after group exits the water.  WIth the new procedures we want everybody to be safe and have a great time at practice! 

Also, if you have not rejoined yet and want to come back. Fill out the forms and send in to Amanda.  Then come on the next day to practice!  We would love to see everybody on deck and in the water having a great workout! I am including the workout schedule below.  Remember that S&C begins November 2, 2020.
