ACAC Returns To Kingsport

The Atomic City Aquatic Club (ACAC) swam in Kingsport at the 2020 Kingsport Piranhas November Invite recently.  It was a safe, great and fun trip that resulted in some terrific swimming.  

Some swimmers made Southeasterns.  Stephen Zhukov (14) made Southeastern cuts in 9 events, winning 4.  Andrew Chou (14) made Southeasterns in 8 events and won 7.  Micah Brown (12) made Southeasterns in 4 events and won the 200 Breast.  Tais Brown (14) made Southeasterns in and won the 100 Fly and 200 Fly. Kuba Shaw (13) made Southeasterns in the 200 Back and won 4 events.  Jessica Schaefer (10) made Southeasterns in the 200 Free and won the 100 Fly.  Grace LaCharite (16) made Southeasterns in the 100 Breast and won the 500 Free.  Abigail King (16) made Southeasterns in the 100 Fly.  Colin Suddeth (14) made Southeasterns in the 200 Breast.  Sam Duby (10) made Southeasterns in the 200 Free. 

Swimmers also won races.  Karol Shaw (11) won 6 races.  Leah Alexander (12) won 3 races.  Avery Fischer (8) won the 100 Back and 100 Breast.  Camden Gerchar (15) won the 200 Free.  Jessica King (16) won the 1000 Free.  Ben Martin (8) won the 200 Free.  Ankit Nanda (10) won the 200 Free. 

Overall, the ACAC swimmers put in a great performance and continue to be hungry to continue swimming.
