2021 CENTRAL ZONE SECTION 3 SPRING SPEEDO SECTIONALS
TEAM RESERVATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

To assist in the planning for next year’s Central Zone Section 3 Spring Speedo Sectionals meet, the Section 3 Task force has implemented some new entry procedures to insure the best possible competition for CZ Section 3 athletes. These new procedures were shared at the October Section 3 virtual coach meeting and are published on the Speedo Sectionals Planning Calendar posted on the USA Swimming website at https://www.usaswimming.org/event/2021/03/25/default-calendar/speedo-sectionals-indianapolis-in
These procedures guarantee that all Section 3 teams who want to compete in the meet have that opportunity provided a Team Reservation is submitted no later December 15, 2020. Your reservation should only be for CURRENTLY qualified Speedo Sectional athletes. (Qualification times are posted on the USA Swimming website at the link above.) However, by making your team reservation by December 15, all new Sectional qualifiers from your team are guaranteed entry into the meet until the meet entry deadline. If your club has current Sectional qualifiers, and you do not complete the reservation form by December 15, your team will not be accepted into the meet.

At this time, the Section 3 2021 Spring Sectional meet is scheduled to be held in Indianapolis at the Indiana University Natatorium from March 25 – 29. The Section 3 task force is currently exploring multiple options for this event based on the COVID-19 pandemic. Please plan to attend the Central Zone Section 3 Virtual Coaches Meeting to be held on Sunday, January 24, at 5:30 PM Eastern Time. Information to register for that meeting will be sent out in December.
