Week 3

Week 3  


This week we will continue to have Dryland/Core workouts on M/W/F at 3:00pm.  On Wednesday, we will have a brief meeting before the Dryland/Core workout begins.   


As I get more information about the potential start of our season, I will let you know.  


Virtual Meetings will be here.  

Monday's workout will be the same as last Monday's as I think it is a good workout.  If you cannot make it on Friday, you can repeat this workout.  


Remember to eat well, drink water and make sure you are getting enough rest.  


Just a reminder, academic eligibility is a requirement for participation in all High School sports and activities. If you are behind in any of your classes, reach out to your teacher and get these things taken care of.
