The start of the new year is a great time to get a refresher on some key elements of the gaswim.org website, as well as review the contacts within Georgia Swimming associated with these actions. Today's topic: registration.

Some common questions:
- Where on the Georgia Swimming website can I go to find the
registration documents?
- Go to the 'Resources' tab, and at the top of the page, you will find all of the registration documents such as a tips and checklist packet, 2021 registration financial summary, member data validation summary.
- Where can I register my swimmer?
- Under the same 'Resources' tab, you will find a section for 'Forms for Athletes'. Here you can fill out athlete registration forms for attached and unattached swimmers, as well as fill out the outreach form.
Under the 'Resources' tab, you will find all of the necessary registration forms for clubs, athletes, and coaches to submit for the new year. Coaches have a few extra forms to fill out such as the athlete protection training, USA Swimming background screening, safety training for swim coaches, and the foundations of coaching exam.
These forms are crucial for club teams, coaches, and athletes to fill out in enough time before the registration deadline so that teams are not given late fees.
