As we continue our Navigating the GA Swim Website series, this week we take a deeper look into Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion.
This information can be found on our home page on the left stack of tabs, as well as on the 3rd tab from the bottom under 'Governance'.
This initiative was started through USA Swimming and has been developed as an important conversation that all LSC's in the United States should be tackling. When you click the tabs on the gaswim.org website, it will redirect you to the USA Swimming page discussing why DEI is so important and what steps they are taking to ensure all USA Swimming clubs have all the necessary resources, information, and support possible.
The DEI Committee meets every Tuesday evening via zoom at 8 pm EST if you are interested in sitting in a meeting and learning more about what we discuss every week!
