PRACTICE CHANGES
 
There is no dryland for the Senior group through the next week.  Seniors NC2 will begin at 6:30 PM on the weekdays for the next week.
 
The Winter Training group will continue to practice from 10:00-11:30 AM at Pike Creek on the weekends, as was announced last week.
 
 
WEEKEND PRACTICE SIGN-UPS
 
We are continuing with our weekend practices at New Castle this weekend.  Please make sure to sign up for a practice at New Castle if you are planning to attend, so the coaches have this information ahead of time.
 
 
KYFW Program groups do not have sign-up pages because as weekend-only groups, all weekend practices are open to swimmers by default.
 
 
PIRATE PLUNGE A/BB/C MEET
 
 
The Pirate Plunge A/BB/C Meet is being held on non-consecutive days: January 24 and January 31, which are both Sundays.  Entries for this meet have closed.  The meet is full, and no additions can be taken.
 
The 500 Free and 400 IM will be trimmed to the top 24 13 & overs and the top 24 12 & unders, as stated in the meet announcement, later this week.

Volunteer positions for this meet will open tonight, January 13, at 9:00 PM.
 
For those that wish to supplement their volunteer positions by donating gift cards for the officials, who pay out of pocket to become certified.  The donation page is here.  Donations should be brought to the meet and dropped off in the lobby with the Volunteer Coordinator.
