Starting today (1/15) regions that meet three different metrics will be able to move to Tier 2 mitigations. Tier 2 is where we were at this fall prior to being moved to Tier 3 on November 20. Currently Chicago (region 11) and Evergreen Park (region 10) only meet two of the three metrics so remain in Tier 3.
We will continue to monitor things and hopefully will be able to resume practices when we meet the criteria for Tier 2 and are given facility clearance. For more information on the regions click here.
Chicago has updated their travel advisory. Anyone traveling from a state on the Orange list (which currently is every state except Hawaii) is directed to obtain a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Chicago or quarantine for a 10-day period (or the duration of their time in Chicago, whichever is shorter). The Order is subject to the limited exemptions outlined in the ‘Exemptions tab’.
