Good afternoon, Lancers!
Winter Conditioning registration is now open! Conditioning will occur once a week on Sunday evenings at Kid's Choice in Woodbridge ( 13000 Sport and Health Dr, Woodbridge, VA 22192) from March through May. The cost to swim is $175 for all three months. Times are: 6:00-7:00pm for Lil Lancers, 8&Unders, and 9-10 swimmers AND 7:00-8:00pm for 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18 swimmers
