Gold Plus - 3:40-5:10pm @ REC Center
Silver - 5:20-6:10pm @ REC Center
Gold - 6:20-7:40pm @ REC Center

All Senior Practice Normal

Saturday 2/27/21
Gold & Gold Plus FLAG Qualifiers ONLY – 8:00-9:30am @ REC Center
Senior - Senior Champ and FLAG Qualifiers ONLY – 7:00-9:15am @ Aquatic Complex
(If your swimmer does not have a championship qualifying time and is not attending Area Champs, they are off this Saturday, NO PRACTICE).

NO OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DUE TO THE SWIM MEET.

NCSA Junior National Qualifiers
If you are in need of a new tech suit and would like to utilize your 40% off rate of a Speedo suit, send Coach John an email.

Upcoming Program Breaks

Age Group will take the week off after FLAGs.
No Practices 3/6/21 to 3/13/21.
Olympic Development will only have Wednesday 3/10/21 off.  Weekend practices as usual.

Senior Group will take the week off after Senior Champs.
No Practice 3/15/21 to 3/20/21.
