Format 

  • Four day long camps 

    • Day 1 yoga + mechanics + starts

    • Day 2 dryland + mechanics + turns

    • Day 3 yoga + mechanics + starts 

    • Day 4 dryland + mechanics + turns 

  • Each station is 30 minutes long, 15 minutes in between 

  • Dates 

    • June 28th-July1st Freestyle Week 

    • July 6th-9th Breaststroke Week

    • July 12th-15th Backstroke Week

    • July 19th-22nd Fly week

    • July 26th-29TH IM week (one stroke each day)

  • Time

    • 12:30-2:30

  • Cost 

    • Full week only

    • $400

  • Limit 30 campers per session (10:1 coach/athlete ratio)

 

Each camper will receive the following after the camp

  • A folder containing 

    • Week summary (skills/mechanics/dryland)

    • Follow up report (what skills need to be worked on by the athlete moving forward)

Each camper should bring with them the following 

  • Refillable plastic water bottle 

  • Athletic shoes and clothes (dryland/yoga)

  • Cap goggles and 2 towels 

  • Small snacks (healthy options only, granola bars, apples, bananas etc)
