FITTER AND FASTER SWIM CAMPS: The teams in our area have been invited to a Fitter and Faster swim camp that's coming next month! Every opportunity to get in the water nowadays is precious. Space is limited.  Learn more about this Comprehensive Breaststroke Camp held on April 10-11 at the brand new aquatic center in Hollister: CLICK HERE for details.

PHOTOS PLEASE: Do you have any horizontal or vertical photos of your swimmers at practice or meets for the BAY archives?  The horizontal photos are for the team website and the vertical photos are for our walks down memory lane each Wednesday on our team Instagram account. Thank you in advance (and enjoy reminiscing!)

ADDITIONAL SWIM TIMES: Saturday Time Trials and Sunday Lap Swim are open for registration through the “ events” page of the website. These are great ways to get more pool time, work with coaches and connect with friends!

WELLNESS CHECK (if the answer is YES to any of these, they should NOT come to the pool)

Have you felt feverish? 

Do you have a cough? 

Do you have a sore throat? 

Have you been experiencing difficulty breathing or a shortness of breath? 

Do you have muscle aches? 

Have you had a new or unusual headache (e.g., not related to caffeine, diet, or hunger, not related to a history of migraines, clusters, or tension, not typical to the individual)? 

Have you noticed a new loss of taste or loss of smell? 

Have you been experiencing chills?

  Do you have any gastrointestinal concerns (e.g., abdominal, pain, vomiting, diarrhea)? 

Is anyone in your household displaying any symptoms of COVID-19?

To the best of your knowledge, have you or anyone in your household come into close contact (15 minutes of exposure within a 24 hour period) with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

POOL PROCEDURES: check here (especially important for NEW team members)

  • If they have a temperature OR any symptoms, do not send them to the pool and immediately email [email protected]

  • If any swimmer, family member or coach comes in contact with a person who tests positive for Covid-19 or becomes ill themselves, it is imperative that you contact me immediately, so we can begin the contact tracing protocol.
