Summer Training Schedule - Starting June 10

 
Beginning Thursday, June 10, our training schedule will be as follows:

Senior Group - (SEN) - Coach Terrell Woods - [email protected]

Monday - Friday - 7am-9am

Saturday - 7:30am-9:30am

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 3:30pm-5:30pm

Athletes are strongly encouraged to attend Orangetheory Fitness on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Please call (954) 693-8444 to set up an account. Attending Orangetheory is FREE to the athletes. Our membership is paid by the PST Booster Club.

 

Age Group 1 (AG1) - Coach Hannah Molden-Mattin - [email protected]

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 7am-8:30am

Saturday - 7:45am - 9:15am; Dryland with Coach Barb 9:15am-10am

Monday -  Thursday - 5pm-6:30pm; Dryland with Coach Barb on Tuesdays

Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 7:15am-8:30am

Monday -  Thursday - 3:45pm-4:45pm

*We are opening morning workouts due to possible afternoon thunderstorms. We want to have swimmers in the Junior Piranhas group currently at 3:30-4:15 or 4:15-5:00 pm pick ONE WORKOUT PER DAY.
