MS Swimming Coaches Clinic

On Saturday, March 31, MS Swimming coaches representing 10 of our 11 clubs attended an LSC coaches clinic provided by USA Swimming's high performance director Russell Mark.  The 5-hour workshop held in Flowood at Northwest Rankin HS covered all strokes in depth as well as racing starts.  Coaches dissected video of elite athletes to learn the latest tips for fast, efficient swimming.  Thank you to Coach Robert Gonzalez for planning and coordinating this insightful coach education opportunity for our LSC.
