New Dryland Schedule

 

NNA Dryland Schedule beginning Monday February 28th, 2011.

 

All morning dryland practices will be at Caughlin Club.

Yoga and spinning classes are done with a Caughlin Club instructor.  Wednesday and Friday weights are done with Erik as the instructor.
